What does a shiatsu session involve?

After an initial discussion, to develop a case history, the client sits or lays in their own comfortable clothes on a futon(mattress) on the floor.
A variety of techniques of holding, stretching, use of pressure and movement are then applied to the client, as appropriate to their needs.

A shiatsu session lasts about 1 hour.
The first session may last up to 90 minutes because of the need to check the medical history and make a preliminary diagnosis.

For client's who are unable to lie at floor level, other positions, such as sitting in a chair, are possible.
If required, I can also provide a shiatsu session at your home or work place.

How much does a shiatsu session cost?

58 Euro per session

If you need to re-arrange a session, please contact me as soon as possible. Please note that a session cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, will be charged in full, unless an alternative can be arranged.
